My fingers

they look LOVELEY black with broad bean stain and all sorts of stains

he he yes i know i should put gloves on but i forget ha ha NASTY FINGERS AND NAILS FIT FOR THE QUEEN .
Well i was at bucks garden party 2 years tomorrow .


Well nails are short .I have been swimming handwashing and mucking about with water and Bleach .But still like it .It will go .But will take ages .
One 93 rd old was ick and spat her teeth out . HA HA HA its not a bug we will try and sort her .Old age thinny
We will sort the teeth out ha ha but you take someone whos 93 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!So was mucking about washing things down with bleach and Her with soap hands still like it .

i have been pulling the broad beans up and choping them in the compost .Never gave gloves a 2nd thought .
i also would have my hands in the compost today re doing the bed for more growing .

Good job i anit going any where posh .

Steve might have something that might get it off its for oil on hands but i have to nick it .

No more broad beans now done

Sort me out please
I don,t care really till i have to go out

Read on internet that lemon juice and salt gets rid of berry stains maybe it will work for beans as they are plant based too. Or try nail varnish remover .I've used it for stains. needs to be washed off well and use lots of hand cream afterwards.

well i nicked a bit of this stuff my hubby gets iussued its costley and he does not get it offton

he will tell me off

did not do a thing .
So then i tryed toothpaste kind of better then washed by hand and then cleaned kitchen with a bleach spray
And still stained but lots better .
Must try lemon juice next

dads got same problem broad beans does it,hes got a thick gel stuff you get at hardware store it is pricy but worth it sued use it when he did shuttering work lot rusty metal etc,
think is green souds like your hubby got same stuff.

theres a cheaper alternative forgotten name but anyway not as good. used it myself for bike repiars in days my hands would do that stuff.

Oh Chrissie - you MUST wear the gloves! You will end up with very very sore hands with all the scrubbing and bleaching and your skin is not good to start with. Please - start to take care of yourself.

Yes, make sure you wear your gloves. I would suggest something other than latex though, as that can cause allergies.

I wear gardening gloves but find them a bit restricting , they make it even harder to bend my fingers.
Has anyone found any RA friendly gardening gloves?
